Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children.

Duties:

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for preschool-aged children

- Create a nurturing and safe environment where children can learn and grow

- Provide individualized attention to each child to support their social, emotional, and cognitive development

- Collaborate with parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child

- Monitor and assess children's progress and communicate effectively with parents

- Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred or a CDA

- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children

- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles

- Familiarity with literacy education, physical education, and math concepts for young children

- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities that promote learning through play

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Special education background

- Experience in childcare, tutoring, or toddler care
