Chevy Chase Club is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of our human resources daily practices and processes. The Chevy Chase Club Human Resources Manager is a “go-to person” for all employee-related issues while providing administrative support for the Director of Human Resources. He/she will provide resources, information, guidance, support, and motivation to all CCC team members. This position engages in & establishes trusting relationships throughout the club while maintaining their objectivity as an HR professional who is neutral, discreet, impartial, and balanced. This individual supports & reinforces company standards, policies, and service culture based on guidelines set forth by the club. The HR Manager role includes, but is not limited to, tasks related to benefits administration, employee relations, training, employment & onboarding guidance, safety, and general human resources administrative duties. English/Spanish is a plus.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Human Resources Management or related field.

A minimum of three years of HR management/generalist experience is required including coordinating efforts across the multiple HR disciplines of employee relations, benefits, talent acquisition, training & development, and HRIS.
