Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are at the forefront of services providing support for RBTs, clients, and their families. At ABA Solutions, we know ABA starts with dedicated and knowledgeable BCBAs motivated to work with families and RBTs to bring about lasting change. For that reason, our goal is to support YOU with the resources and opportunities to excel and grow.
Our BCBAs have access to greater autonomy in individualizing assessment and treatment, support for maintaining a caseload that meets your individual scheduling needs, interests, expertise, and excellent opportunities for advancement.
We primarily serve children with Autism in family homes and community settings and therefore, have a greater need for BCBAs that are available during after-school hours. Daytime hours may be available and are split between traditional ASD cases, as well as opportunities for consultations with local school districts (FBAs, Staff training and consultations). Part-time opportunities available with the potential to build to full-time (which is only 25+ hours per week!).
