Advance Auto Parts is hiring Warehouse Workers immediately for our Salina Distribution Center!

Our DC/Warehouse Associates are a vital part of our warehouse and assist in, but not limited to, marking pallets with identifying store information, pick, pack, and stage parts, utilize hand-held radio frequency devise (RF Scanners), and move boxes throughout the Distribution Center.

Starting base pay: $16.70/hour with AUTOMATIC INCREASES in pay during your 1st 3 years of employment, PLUS eligibility to earn additional bonuses.

We are currently hiring for the following shifts! No Overnights OR Weekends Required!

1st Shift:

Monday -Thursday 6:00am-3:30pm & Friday 6:00am-10:00am

2nd Shift ($1 shift differential pay!):

Monday-Friday 12:00pm-8:30pm

What is necessary to become a DC Associate?

Being at least 18 years of age

Being eligible to work in the United States

Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Having prior warehouse training or experience is preferred but not required

Ability to multitask

Ability to work at a fast pace
