Job Description

Hiring Production Operators (Cleanroom Environment) for a well-known Semiconductor/High-Tech company in Southeast Austin!

Weekly Pay - Gym Access! Open Cafeteria. Growth Opportunity!

Pay: Day: $18.00/hr

Pay: Night: $20.70/hr

**Pay Raise: (.50 cents) for every 30 days for the first (3 months) of starting

Brief Job Overview:

You will be trained on how to handle specialized silicon wafers during the development process. This includes maintaining, cleaning, and monitoring the wafer fabrication. Computer knowledge is a PLUS!

Job Duties:

Running a tool in the FAB to measure the air quality.

Pushing a cart throughout the FAB while recording air quality measurements on a laptop.

Monitors the manufacturing process or equipment indices using statistical methods to ensure quality.

Recommends improvements to equipment processes using statistical techniques.

Interacts with other team members toward the solution of problems and the fulfillment of manufacturing objectives and participate in natural work group teams for continuous improvement.

Assists and trains other employees as required.

Requirements:

Experience in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment.

Experience performing quality control/assurance

Ability to load and unload wafer materials (20lb-30lb)

Comfortable working with and around electronics

Must complete a background check, drug test, and physical

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Shift Options:

A Shift (Day): Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday (7am - 7pm)

C Shift (Day): Thursday, Friday, Saturday, every other Wednesday (7am - 7pm)

B Shift (Night): Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Saturday (7pm - 7am)

D Shift (Night): Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, every other Saturday (7pm - 7am)
