Job Description
We are looking for a property manager who is hands-on, detail oriented, hard working and enjoys coming to work every day. Our company is clear-minded and offers a small company feel.
Ideal candidate has property manager experience, enjoys walking units daily, working with their team as a leader and has great communication with corporate team as well.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage and coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including working with contractors and vendors.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to standards.
- Market available units and screen potential tenants to ensure they meet leasing criteria.
- Negotiate and enforce lease agreements and renewals.
- Collect rent payments and handle delinquencies in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions and activities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices and procedures.
- Strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
- Ability to effectively handle conflict resolution with tenants or other stakeholders.
- Strong sales skills for marketing available units and attracting potential tenants.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills.

Pay: $50,071.83 - $65,871.45 per year
