Operations Associate - Installer (CONTRACT TO PERM)
Vari is looking for a motivated operations professional to join the Operations Associate team, which is responsible for warehouse tasks with assistance on customer deliveries and installation execution as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Build, install and reconfigure workspace systems furniture at client site.
Load and unload product from delivery trucks.
Ensure safety practices are being followed continuously.
Drive best practice assembly techniques on all installations.
Collaborate with internal cross functional teams to plan and execute installation projects.
Provide daily status and recaps once projects are completed.
Lead inventory cycle counts in Vari facilities
Support internal requests installation, maintenance, or facilities needs within Vari.

HOW YOU’LL GET THERE·
Must have valid state issued driver's license
Must have steel toe safety shoes
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Ability to operate hand tools (manual and power) is required
Must be able to routinely lift more than 50 pounds
Experience installing workspace systems furniture is preferred
Ability to work efficiently and follow safely guidelines
Strong ability to give clear and concise instructions
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm with availability to work some nights and weekends based on business needs
