Job Description

Essential Function

• Sales position involves evaluation and assessment of residential and commercial properties to determine tree care needs.

• Proficient in estimating time and cost for crew to perform various aspects of tree care, such as tree pruning, removal, and related services.

• Direct and consult crew while monitoring safety, quality, and productivity.

• Handle leads from office and various other sources.

• Capable of understanding work practices/procedures and to negotiate, propose, and close sales while guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

• Follow up on bids, cost tracking, scheduling and management of jobs.

• Create work orders for production crew.

• Responsible for collection of payment at time of service.

• Supervise Commercial/Residential Tree Trimming Crew.
