We have a great opportunity for a Survey Repair Technician to join our team!

Overview:

Repairs and adjusts customer tools to appropriate standards and provides timely repair services.

Interacts with walk in customers in the survey retail center

Relies on pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Planning of repairs and evaluation of results

Repairs customer equipment and evaluates the results.

Repairs customer equipment as assigned by Survey Manager.

Responsibilities to method modification and development and validation of new methods

Participates in the modification and validation of new methods as assigned by Survey Manager

Responsible for the overall housekeeping of their workspace and retail center.

Provide reasonable care of equipment, vehicles, and materials

All other duties as assigned by supervisor.Requirements:

High school diploma or its equivalent.

2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

High degree of mechanical aptitude

Basic understanding of electronic concepts

Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Communicates interpretations with co-workers.

A certain degree of creativity is required.

May be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in an area of specialty
