About the role
We are looking for a motivated, passionate and experienced Marketing Specialist to work with us on a full-time basis.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
● Scoping, planning, development, promotion and coordination of marketing campaigns and product launches and designing the customer journey
● Planning and assisting with development, execution and monitoring of email, digital, social media, and content marketing campaigns and conducting market research
● Launch, manage and optimise lead generation campaigns across Google, Facebook and any other channels that present an opportunity for growth
Manage SEO campaigns to maximise rankings and organic traffic across all markets
Provide administrative support in general marketing communication activities such as media relations and mailings
● Assists with press releases, advertisements, and editorial programs in liaison with agencies and trade publications
● Operate photo editing, illustration and desktop publishing software to on a basic level to facilitate projects
Key Selection Criteria
● 3+ years’ full time work experience
● Bachelor’s in Marketing or relevant Bachelor qualification
● Previous experience in the hotel industry preferred
● Exceptional organisation, communication and time management skills
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy
● Ability to work as part of a team, and unsupervised
