Insurance Service Agent

Job Description

We are seeking an Insurance Service Agent to join our team! You will be responsible for servicing the company's book of business by handling their monthly accounts, answering questions regarding their policies, answering phones, selling to call-in business, handling claims, providing mortgage companies information if requested by our insureds, etc.

Responsibilities:

Answer questions regarding their current policies and any policies they may inquire on,

Handle monthly accounts and answer questions regarding amounts owed, etc.

Help answer phones

Handle claims for your portion of alphabet

Sell to call-in business

Providing information to mortgage companies, etc. after verifying with the insured

Qualifications:

Ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to handle insureds at the highest level of service

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
