Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Selling Branch Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding market share. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, account management, and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer interactions
- Conduct outside sales visits to engage with potential clients and promote products/services
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or business development
- Strong technical sales skills with the ability to understand and communicate complex products/services
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive results
- Familiarity with technology sales is preferred
