Job Summary

We are seeking a Pastry Cook to join our team! In this role, you will prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and other sweets. If you are creative, hardworking, wed like to hear from you! No Previous Experience is OK!

Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of desserts and sweets, including cakes, pies, cookies, breads, and pastries

Develop new and innovative recipes

Decorate cakes and baked goods

Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas

Prepare custom orders

Wash dishes and mop floors

Qualifications:

Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment

Knowledge of gluten-free baking, sugar-free baking, and other ingredient limitations

Knowledge of food safety practices

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Team player with strong leadership skills
