Salary: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Onsite – Houston, TX (All candidates must reside or relocate to Houston, TX; relocation assistance provided!)

Education and License Requirements:

Graduate from an accredited school of pharmacy.

Current Texas Pharmacist license.

Pharmacy Sterile Product certification through an in-house or other accredited program.

Experience Requirements:

Completion of a PGY1 Residency Program required; PGY2 or Fellowship in Pediatrics is highly preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a hospital Pharmacist with knowledge of the unit dose medication and I.V. admixture processes.

Clinical Pharmacy Specialty experience in Pediatrics/NICU.

Inpatient pediatric experience.
