What Will Your Role Be?
As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, you will be pivotal in delivering a 5-star customer experience, addressing clients' needs, and providing effective solutions.
Responsibilities Include:
Convert inquiries into sales, transforming potential customers into loyal clients.
Manage customer interactions during check-in and check-out at our retail locations.
Offer tailored solutions such as screen protectors, protection plans, solid-state drives, RAM upgrades, and onsite services.
Conduct outbound check-in calls with business clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
Utilize online platforms such as Facebook and Craigslist to promote and sell electronic devices.
Resolve customer complaints in collaboration with the team.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Build relationships through referral visits and actively participate in local networking events to promote the brand and expand our network.
Perform other assigned duties as needed.

What do you need?
High emotional intelligence, humility, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
A genuine passion for sales and customer service.
High School Diploma or GED.
A valid Driver’s License for reliable transportation.
Previous customer service and sales experience (minimum 1 year) preferred.
