Job Description

My Guys Moving & Storage in Richmond, VA is in need of Movers/Helpers/Packers who are eager to enhance their skills and increase their earnings through our comprehensive training program. Our dynamic environment encourages teamwork, clear communication, and a dedicated focus on satisfying customer requirements.Compensation:

$15 - $17 hourlyResponsibilities:

Efficiently and safely move, pack, and unpack customer items, ensuring their careful handling

Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and move coordinators

Follow directions from the Team Leader and report any pre-existing damage to items

Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations

Maintain punctuality and flexibility in work schedules

Qualifications:

Pass a background check, drug screen, and driving record check

Maintain a regular and dependable attendance record

Be able to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime

Be able to lift 50 pounds

Ability to operate an electric lift, hand truck, and pallet jack is preferred but not required
