Your main tasks will include:
Setting up new paid campaigns and managing existing ones on Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display and YouTube) and also Microsoft Ads
Steering campaigns towards performance metrics, like lead volume and cost per lead
Optimizing every step of the user journey incl. ad asset tests and landing page tests
Analyzing relevant data and creating reports to gain performance insights
Working closely with the design & content team to produce new assets on an ongoing basis
Scouting latest trends in the search advertising space and conducting competitor analysis
What we look for:
You have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Paid Search, Display and Video advertising
You are experienced in managing multiple campaigns to acquire users and leads that convert into sales
You can manage 6-figure campaigns and optimize towards a set of full-funnel metrics
You are up-to-date with the latest trends in the search and display advertising industry
You have a good understanding of tracking and attribution topics including pixel tracking, S2S tracking, and overall tracking parameters
You have strong analytical skills and know how to crunch numbers to get the right insights
You possess a positive attitude and solution-focused mindset
Ideally, you managed similar performance channels like Paid Content in the past
You’re fluent in English and have very good German skills
