Job Description

Our client in Modesto is looking to fill their Property Manager position!

Duties:

Customer service to our valued residents

Scheduling and monitoring maintenance workers and vendors

Property inspections

Leasing units

Preparing and serving notices

Processing rent

Data entry

Communicating with and providing reports to our Corporate offices

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

3+ years of relevant experience

Bilingual Spanish is a must
