JOB POSTING: Accounts Payable

SUMMARY: Origlio Beverage is a leading wholesale distributor of fine beer, cider, hard seltzer, and other progressive adult beverages. RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Reconcile supplier invoices to company purchase orders in eoStar

· Export purchases into Microsoft Dynamics and apply payments

· File claims and apply for credits for select suppliers

· Process and review employee expenses bi-weekly and cell phone expenses monthly using SAP Concur

· Download American Express bill monthly and send to cardholders; review and resolve any issues and process bill for payment

· Manage office supplies for company including ordering and posting monthly invoice to general ledger

· Prepare Philadelphia city wage tax refunds for employees and address any issues with the city

· Maintain schedules in Excel for select inventory general ledger accounts

· Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

· A Bachelor’s degree or comparable Finance/Accounting experience

· Demonstrate excellent communication and organization skills

· Detail oriented
