The Role:

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our exceptional team. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with our expert pharmacists to create personalized medications that make a real difference in the lives of our patients. This is an opportunity to be part of a collaborative, innovative, and patient-centric team that is pushing the boundaries of what is possible in compounding pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Order entry, compounding, labeling, and dispensing of medications under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.

* Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and accuracy in all compounding activities.

* Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.

* Contribute to a positive, teamwork-oriented, and customer-focused work environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

* PTCB certification preferred but not required.

* Experience with PK software is a plus.

* Strong mathematical, organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.

* Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and work well as part of a team.

* Positive attitude, commitment to customer service, and willingness to learn new techniques.

* Basic PC skills are essential.

Schedule:

* Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm with a 30-minute to 1-hour lunch break (your choice).

* Occasional Saturdays (rare).
