Commercial Construction Superintendent

Job Description

Real Estate Development firm is seeking an experienced Superintendent to manage the construction of small and large Commercial renovation projects throughout Pennsylvania. Candidate should have the following qualifications:

Solid experience with commercial renovation projects including site layout, framing, finishes, and punch lists.

Good knowledge of construction means/methods, reading blueprints, on-site supervision, managing company field staff, subcontractors, building codes and city permitting & inspections.

Strong communication skills to interact with principals of the firm, subcontractors, city Inspectors, etc. in a positive and professional fashion.

A high level of energy and motivation, and the willingness to take full accountability for the successful construction of a project.
