Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into HR strategies and initiatives.

Partner with business leaders to identify current and future talent needs and develop plans to address them.

Manage effective governance models for the countries by institutionalizing the right policy framework and dash-boarding to track implementation, adherence & effectiveness

Work with managers to implement performance management processes and drive engagement.

Partner with the Central COE team to drive compensation projects to optimize cost, improve delivery & experience.

Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including employee relations and conflict resolution.

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data analysis.

Own engagement & retention of high performing talent for the business and regularly feed the talent update to BU Leadership for proactive actions.

Education:

MBA with specialization in Human Resources

Experience:

Total experience in the range of 4-6 years in HR, with prior experience in managing HR Business Partnering

Prior COE experience in Talent, Learning, organization development is preferable.
