1. Achieving Business (sales & service) Objective of vending services business, desired sales / service targets product line wise (; Premix consumables vending machines, service spare parts, AMCs)

Job Description:

1. Implementation of marketing and sales strategies for customer retention and new acquisitions

2. Dealer management (appointment, retention and growth).

3 Understand dealer / customer needs & expectations to achieve satisfaction index.

3. Building, motivating and leading sales / service team towards achieving sales/ service targets.

4. Managing Key customers, building relationships with persons involved in the buying process. Networking with facility managers

5. Monitor market trends, set up and follow the process for market intelligence . Explore new markets and do product gap analysis.

9. Ensure working capital management with due focus on outstanding collections and stock management as per norms.

Qualifications Required:

Graduate in any discipline

Preferred: MBA

Work Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years experience in institutional sales through dealers
