Your missions :

Training and Consulting responsibilities:

Functioning as a consultant for our Clients, especially those in the South-East Asia and the MENA regions by advising, training and assisting them on the usage of psychometrics and HR tools within organisational processes.

Handling client requests or queries (such as personalisation of assessments) along with the sales team by contributing to, and helping to ensure that tasks are carried out effectively and on time, as per requirements.

Communication and R&D responsibilities:

Writing content for our assessment and tools(product documentation, guides, product videos, etc), etc.

Working with the Marketing and Communication department on a needs basis by writing articles, hosting webinars, podcasts & creating product videos.

Contribution to the development, revision & implementation of our psychometric assessments

Contributing to the development of our HR tools (360 feedback & Interview tool, etc.)

Your profile :

A degree in Psychology or Social Science or a related subject matter

3+ years of work experience in HR consulting in the psychometrics sector or any related field.

Knowledge of industry trends, research, and best practices related to psychometrics.

Knowledge of assessments and talent development.

Strong organisation, communication and presentation (writing) skills.

Ability to present technical information to a non-technical audience

Fluency in English; fluency in other language(s) is a bonus.
