Project Manager Business Quality

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

Manage Operationnal Quality with sales team – Disbursement related quality like Hind Sighting, File dispatch, correct documents and repayment related quality like ENach drive, E-KYC, Madate curing.

Manage Collection Quality of business like FEMI, NS, 6MOB, GFR with help of own team and frontline team.

Manage Business Development related activities like Login Conversion

Reviews, Same Day Login Same Day Disbursement, Special drive for Good CIBIL customers.

Excellent understanding of collections to arrive at a conclusion basis collection trend and prepare actionable basis collection data analysis

Team management and drive team for business support.

Ensure critical factors like 6MOB, GFR, FEMI, NS is below organisational threshold limit, so that scheme/ LTV are smooth and business doesn’t stop due to arrear in 6MOB and GFR.

Resolve the issues escalated by frontline sales team & the dealers

Coordinate with training team to improve the efficiency of the frontline sales team for Quality.

Close coordination with frontline sales team on daily/weekly basis w.r.t. Quality and resolve them.

Visit markets and understand issues and provide solutions.

Key Performance Area

quality – femi, ns, 6mob, gfr & critical cases.

quality – file dispatch, e-nach, e-kya, dcc cash deposition, hind sighting

drive all digital drives and new initiatives related to operations and collection quality through business team.
