We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Supervisor to join our team. The HR Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department and ensuring the implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor the performance of HR staff to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Work with managers to address performance issues and develop improvement plans as needed
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring fair and consistent treatment

Oversee payroll processes, including timekeeping, payroll processing, and compliance with wage and hour laws.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, deductions, and benefits enrollment.
Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to reconcile payroll and resolve discrepancies.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive employee experience and enhance employee engagement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as an HR Supervisor or similar role, with a focus on payroll management and employee relations.
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Strong understanding of employee relations principles and experience managing employee relations issues.
Proficiency in payroll processes
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
