Area Sales Trainer

Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

· Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services.

· Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it.

· Use lectures, films, charts, and/or slide shows.

· Distribute flyers, warranty card, wobbler and posters.

· Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements.

· Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the area.

· Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.

· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

· Train brand promoters on proper work procedures.

· Design specific training programs that target promoters’ skill gaps and increase their productivity.

Requirements Include:

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Ability to adhere Company’s guidelines

· At least 1–2-year experience in sales (mobile phones-Dealers of smart phones)

· Detail oriented, with the ability to maintain accuracy in a rapid changing, fast paced environment

· Effective communication and time management skills Willing to work field (Mall base)
