Job Specifications:
1. Coordinate with sales team and monitor logistics operations
2. Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
3. Preparing shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
4. Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
5. Communicate with delivery riders and clients to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
6. Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
7. Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, and upto date inventories.
8. Prepare accurate reports for upper management
9. Monitor purchase orders, deliveries (delivered, cancelled and undelivered deliveries) and shipments
10. Performing other duties when needed.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of any Bachelors Degree or Supply Chain Management major is a plus.
2. At least 2-3 years experience in logistics and inventory management.
3. Proven experience in logistics and inventory management.
4. Experience in customer service is advantage.
5. Computer-savvy and Proficient in using MS Excel and other MS Office Applications.
6. Keen to details.
7. Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
8. Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Knowledgeable in Basic accounting.
