As a Front Office Supervisor, you will embrace the goal of creating an excellent guest experience by being dedicated to taking care of guests from the minute they arrive until they depart.
· Manage and assist the front desk staff in achieving their full potential and attaining departmental objectives through providing advice and assistance.
· Provide hands-on support in managing the front office activities efficiently.
· Assist visitors and make their stay pleasurable.
· Have optimism regarding all aspects of guest relations, greeting and recognizing all kinds of visitor, even those who need extra care.
· Communicate with all departments and maintain positive working relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or any related courses
· Service focused personality is essential
· Prior experience in a similar leadership capacity is preferred.
· Excellent in verbal and written communication
· Excellent in decision making skills
· Excellent training skills
