MULTI SKILLED TECHNICIAN / CARPENTER

The Multi-Skilled Technician (Carpenter) primary function is to repair, construct, install a variety of building structures and fixtures such as doors and jambs, windows, ceilings, masonry works, furniture repairs and retrofitting works.

1. Assists in the Building Facilities & Security Department’s daily operation.

2. Performs various repairs, construction, installation of buildings structures, fixtures and retrofitting works.

3. Assists in other building facilities related tasks, such as electrical installation/maintenance, plumbing, painting, fabrication works, and HVAC-R.

4. Amenable in shifting work schedule, overtime works, work during holidays and attending urgent/emergency works.

5. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
