Manufacturing Engineer

Preparation and checking of new model related items and process

Review needed manufacturing jig for process and inspection

Evaluate and qualify new materials, tools, machine and equipment prior to production use

Evaluate parts/materials quality as it relates to specific processes

Process improvement

Checking of process specification details

Ability to implement process changes in a production operation.

To report daily top 5 worst defect in in-line production with concrete analysis and countermeasure

Develop new processes that benefits product quality and productivity

Field defect review and make corrective action request

Line support and daily monitoring of each line efficiency and report related problem to his superiors
