Job qualifications:

Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering

Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License

At least 3 years of Outage Management experience and a total of 10 years of experience gained from power generation or related industries.

Advance knowledge of Coal Fired Power Plant Operation

Advance knowledge in Computerized maintenance & engineering systems (i.e. Maximo RBO, strategy optimizer, SAP)

Knowledge in Plant monitoring and commissioning

Knowledge in Incident investigation & Root Cause Analysis (RCA) method.

Background in a multi-discipline environment is advantage.

Ability to supervise, lead, motivate, delegate, and coordinate.

Good interpersonal and motivational skills.

Fluent in speaking, reading, writing, and comprehending English.

Possesses good analytical skills.

Logical and well-organized with the ability to prioritize.

Capable of working with contractors and consultants.

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Work Location: Mariveles, Bataan
