HR Specialist

He or she will be handling several aspects of HR such Talent sourcing, employee and labor relations and other HR General Services. Somebody who has established network in community sourcing and peso job fairs will be an advantage. Preferrably willing to do some field work. Must be well versed in all MS applications.
