Description:

Provide general clerical and administrative support to the assigned department to ensure that its’ objectives and deadlines are met.

Support would mean logging, encoding, maintaining records, reproduction, and filing functions to assist the internal/external customers of the department.

Graduate of any college degree in Business Administration or any similar.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but must have related administrative internship experience.

Proficiency in MS Office Tools most importantly Microsoft Excel.

Keen with details - able to detect wrong information based on a reference material i.e. applicant’s id and application form
