GENERAL ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

Prepare month-end report such as, Accruals, Prepayments, Lapsing of Asset.

Prepare and ensure that all Manual Collection are book in system – MRC Collection

Review bank reconciliation through monitoring of all transactions recorded.

Ensure that bank recon is processed in accordance with standard procedures.

Review assets, liability, and capital accounts entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Ensure the correctness of recorded transaction and make necessary adjustment as issues are identified.

Prepare Subsidiary Financial Report with analysis of accounts.

Maintain balance sheet schedule and income statement details per company.

Ensure intercompany transactions are properly accounted and prepare adjusting entries if necessary.

Prepare Revenue Recognition of Subsidiary Companies – Buyer’s subsidiary ledger.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Support annual external audit.

In-charge to coordinate with NOAH Team accounting issues on the system

Performs other related duties as required.

Experience in month-end closings is a plus!
