HR Payroll & Compensation and Benefits Specialist
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology and other related field
- With at least 2 years solid and relevant experience
- In-depth knowledge in Payroll Administration, Compensation, Benefits Principles, and Government-Related Functions, such as SSS/Pagibig/Philhealth (any types of loan application/payment and remittance - process and filing)
- Has experience in WTax Annualization, Alpha List and BIR 2316
- Generalist background is an advantage
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willing to work on site (Philippine Arena, Ciudad De Victoria, Bocaue Bulacan
