Location: Pataskala, OH

Salary Range: $18- 27$/Hr. (Based on Experience)

Full Benefits, Profit Sharing & 401K

Monday – Friday, 1st Shift (Flexible)

40hrs/wk. (ability to work overtime, when needed)

Day-to-Day

Support warranty service repairs on customers new and existing homes, as well as additional duties when assigned.

Always on the go, every job assignment and location are different, not redundant

Interact with customers, site managers, builders, sales and operations teams.

Deliver and unload materials to new and existing home sites.

Skill Set

Great Attitude and a Team Player

Carpentry Skills & Experience

Interior Trim (Installing Cabinets)

Exterior Trim (Installing Corner Window Trim & Hand Plank Siding)

Framing (Construction of Walls, Floors & Roofs)

Ability to lift 50-80lbs (team lift when needed)

Ability to communicate professionally and problem solve

Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, crouch, reach, climb and balance

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent training/experience

Attention to Detail & Accuracy
