Fire Alarm Sprinkler Inspector for NFPA 25 Inspections.
Ideal candidate shall be experienced in inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems. Candidate shall be organized, detailed, self-motivated, and customer service oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate between inspection deficiencies and service required to make corrections
Perform routine monthly, quarterly or annual inspections for fire sprinkler systems and/or fire pumps.
Daily communications with our service manager, assisting in scheduling, and notifying team when work is completed
Daily use of inspection software to submit inspection reports in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Proficient in NFPA 25
Must be comfortable in front of decision-making end users.
Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.
Must be a self-motivated individual who can perform job duties without a vast amount of supervision.
NICET Level II or III preferred
Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and fire life safety
Knowledge in fire sprinklers, PIV’s FDC’s, Backflows, Fire pumps, and other devices
Working knowledge of alarm panels
Must have a high school diploma and the ability to read and write English proficiently.
Must have outstanding customer service skills and the ability to communicate with facility managers, customers, and AHJs on a regular basis
Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Willing to pass pre-employment drug screen, background and reference check
Working knowledge of alarm panels, devices and critical components
