About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support a client.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Day-to-day support, management, and ownership of all ServiceNow instances

End user support via incident and request tickets

Open HI tickets and collaborate with HI team as needed

Work with stakeholders to understand and develop requirements for solutions

Collaborate with ServiceNow dev team to design, develop, and deploy solutions including custom widgets, scripts, and workflows

Understand and follow best practices for deploying and promoting update sets through multiple instances

Deploy, configure, and modify all ServiceNow modules as required

Assist in creation and management of Reports and Views

Manage LDAP import process, user, groups, and roles

Provide guidance stay up to date with latest ServiceNow features and capabilities

Qualifications

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Excellent problem solving skills

Familiar with all ServiceNow modules with strong expertise in incident, request, change, asset, and HR

Experience with Agile Scrum framework and processes

Experience with ITIL framework

Preferred Qualifications:

Consulting Experience

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science or related field

Min Citizenship Status Required: Indian
