We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) - Operations to support the operations budgeting process from initial planning to analysis at month end close. Reporting to the Manager FP&A, Meal Kits, you will be part of guiding major decisions and gain insights into all business areas of HelloFresh. As part of the Finance team, you will play a key role in supporting senior leaders on the financial development of our business.

Be in the lead for the full Month End Close and budgeting process for Operations incl. physical inventory

Business partner with Operations and senior management

Prepare and analyze operational costs in Month End Close

Receive, challenge and process inputs from Operations for quarterly budgeting

Be in the financial lead for Operations projects, e.g. buy or lease decisions, new operational initiatives

Connect all the packages and have the overview in capex planning

All other duties, as assigned

Sound a-peeling? Here's what we're looking for

5 years of experience in FP&A with focus on operational topics

Experience in FP&A supporting physical inventory

Masters degree or CPA or equivalent

Knowledge of Excel, Tableau, and financial modelling software, e.g. Adaptive

Strong demonstration of communication skills, both written and oral

Demonstrated prioritization skills, and ability to work autonomously
