Security Manager Position Available - Immediate Hiring

We are a rapidly expanding company in search of a dynamic and motivated Field supervisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to take on the challenge of managing security operations across various accounts.

About the Position: We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Field Supervisor to join our security team. In this role, you will be pivotal in supporting our Security Manager by stepping in to cover unassigned shifts and address call-offs. This position demands a high degree of flexibility and availability, including readiness to work during weekends, holidays, and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively fill in for unassigned shifts and respond to call-offs to ensure continuous security coverage.

Understand and enforce the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each account.

Maintain strong communication and presence at various sites, ensuring security protocols are upheld.

Demonstrate reliability in commuting to different locations as required.

Show a keen desire for professional growth within the company and take on increasing responsibilities over time.

Requirements:

Exceptional availability and flexibility in schedule, including the ability to work weekends, holidays, and nights.

Ability to understand and implement SOPs effectively across multiple accounts.

Possession of a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license, with the capability to commute as needed to various locations.

Strong presence and assertiveness with the ability to command respect and maintain order.

Highly motivated with a desire to grow and advance within the company.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting pay of $23 to $25/hr, with fast potential for growth.
