Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Collaborate directly with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer customized solutions tailored to their unique circumstances.

Inbound Leads:

Efficiently manage incoming leads, providing prompt and accurate information to address client queries and concerns.

Product Recommendations: Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage and offer tailored insurance plans that align with their specific requirements.

Cross-Selling: Recognize opportunities to expand client portfolios by introducing relevant insurance products and services.

Client Retention: Foster lasting relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty to Anthony Campo-Allstate.

Continuous Training: Stay informed about industry developments and trends to provide clients with up-to-date and knowledgeable advice.

Requirements

Licensing: Active Utah Property & Casualty License required

Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to build rapport and trust with clients.

Results-Driven: Strong motivation to achieve sales goals and drive revenue growth.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fully remote work environment.

Team Player: Collaborate effectively with team members and support a positive work environment.

Tech Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
