The Royal Caribbean Group’s Global IT Security and Compliance team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Senior Engineer, Privileged Access Management reporting to the Manager, Identity & Access Management.

This position will work on-site in Miramar, Florida.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer is a seasoned professional within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) and IT Security Team. Tasked with overseeing and optimizing the company's Privileged Access Management infrastructure, this individual plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and industry best practices pertaining to privileged access. Leveraging their expertise in operational excellence for PAM platforms, the Sr. PAM Engineer ensures the protection of administrators, applications, and enhances user experience. Collaboration with the IAM Manager and Director is integral to advancing PAM roadmaps and strategic initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, administer, and maintain the BeyondTrust & Hashi Corp Vault PAM infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted access and operational robustness.

Deploy and sustain security policies, procedures, and best practices pertaining to privileged access.

Foster collaboration with other IT teams to seamlessly integrate PAM tools, such as BeyondTrust, with the broad spectrum of security and IT systems.

Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiencies within BeyondTrust.

Create customized reports and dashboards offering insights into privileged access activities, facilitating informed decision-making for leadership and incident response teams.

Collaborate with audit and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements concerning privileged access.

Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to fellow IT staff to establish a resilient 24/7 support model.

Actively participate in security incident response and PagerDuty duties, liaising with vendors as necessary to expedite resolutions.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging best practices, and security vulnerabilities, ensuring proactive environmental security patching and fixes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT security with a primary focus on PAM.

At least 4 years of hands-on experience with BeyondTrust software and Hashi Corp Vault.

Preferred certifications include CISSP or CISM.

Proficiency in working with Windows, Linux, Unix, Oracle, and SQL DB2 platforms.

Technical familiarity with core infrastructure architectures and tools, encompassing Active Directory, Server/OS, Storage, Middleware, Database, Network/Telecom (including switches, load balancers, routers, and firewalls), and Application topologies.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Thorough understanding of PAM concepts and best practices.

Proven experience designing and integrating PAM solutions with diverse IT systems.

Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and AutoIT.

Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.

Proficient in working independently and adept at prioritizing multiple tasks effectively.
