Job Description

Summary: Manufacturing Engineer - Industrial/Mechanical Engineering Degree

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or a related field

1-3 years of manufacturing engineering experience

Strong focus on time studies and cycle times

Ability to work closely with operators on the production floor

Experience with Oracle ERP (scheduling) and updating routing and BOMs preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Perform time studies and cycle time analysis to optimize production processes

Work with operators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Update routing and BOMs in Oracle ERP system

Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support to operators

Create and maintain production documentation

Assist with new product introductions and product transfers

Conduct process validations and qualifications

Maintain compliance with all safety and quality regulations

Work on the production floor 90% of the time, with occasional desk work

Maintain regular communication with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project completion

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
