Job Description

Job Summary:

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture, a PE License or AIA Registration, and 15+ years in Engineering Consulting for INDUSTRIAL/MANUFACTURING/PROCESS projects to manage Engineers and Engineering projects.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.

PE License or AIA Registration.

15+ years in Engineering Consulting for INDUSTRIAL/MANUFACTURING/PROCESS projects.

Experience managing Engineers and Engineering projects.

Strong experience performing as a technical contributor leading teams and managing people.

Strong high-level, project leadership experience.

Exceptional written and oral communication skill, with the ability to lead, develop and deliver highly persuasive presentations that build client confidence and result in securing favorable design contracts.

Desirable Skills:

Experience in food & beverage, battery manufacturing, energy storage, automotive, metals industries.

Experience with Deltek Vision and/or Power BI software tools.

PMP Certification.

Strong Mechanical Process experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and direct project teams on industrial/manufacturing/process projects.

Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are completed within time and budget constraints.

Develop and maintain positive client relationships, including securing new business and repeat business from existing clients.

Collaborate with other departments and technical staff to ensure that the projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Ensure that project goals are met and that the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the clients.

Provide technical oversight and leadership to project teams.

Participate in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.

Mentor and develop junior staff.
