Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Complete trade execution for various categories of trades across platforms, including but not limited to rebalancing, tax loss harvesting, one-off trades, changes to asset allocation, margin clears

Review and rebalance client portfolios in a standard process

Track and audit team processes

Enter, manage, and complete stock, bond, ETF, option, and mutual fund trades as well as direct separately managed account cash flows

Run portfolio rebalancing processes:

Setup, assign, maintain and monitor accounts within portfolio rebalancing software

Rebalance client portfolios in accordance with investment team guidance

Assist with daily team functions and researching potential issues

Cross train on other team responsibilities

Manage and maintain client cash reserves

Run monthly/quarterly cash audits

Required Skills and Experience

Ability to interact with employees, clients and vendors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner

Desire and ability to solve problems and improve processes

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Proficiency in Salesforce, Portfolio Accounting and Rebalancing Software a plus

Experience working with Web-enabled applications and database software

Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload efficiently and effectively

Ability to work independently and with teams

Eagerness to learn and accept new tasks to potentially build and expand role responsibilities.

Education and Job Experience Requirements

1-3 years financial service experience

Bachelor’s degree required

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Working conditions are normal for an office environment

In-office position

Repetitive Motions of the wrists, hands, and fingers

Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds

Physical Requirements

This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation.

Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. For U.S. employment opportunities, Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. Corient will require proof of work authorization.
