We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated Guest Relations Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in experience.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to assist guests in planning their stay.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests to encourage return visits and positive reviews.
Requirements
Fluent in English and Russian languages (spoken and written)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
