Overview:
We are looking for a HR Operations and Compliance Analyst to join our U.S. HR team! This is a great opportunity to learn our HR systems, processes, and compliance. The Analyst will be responsible for all onboarding, offboarding, workflow approvals, compliance, audits, and a variety of projects.
This role is highly visible and interfaces with various partners from IT/desktop, employees, managers, to internal HR partners and will serve as support as needed to ensure the business needs are met.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all new hires are properly onboarded into HRIS system
Ensure all exiting employees are properly offboarded from HRIS system and paperwork is sent timely
Review employee changes via the system and ensure data integrity
Identify process improvements, data misalignments, and system functionality issues/changes needed and partner to resolve
Provide effective coordination between candidate offer to onboard ready, onboarding, employee data changes, terminations, immigration, basic HR policies and other local procedures
Be informed and knowledgeable on current U.S., Brazil, Mexico and Canada HR policies/practices
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience within Recruiting and/or Human Resources
Attention to detail to ensure data integrity
Willing to take direction and follow outlined procedures
Experience partnering with cross functional team members
Some experience with ATS and/or HRIS systems
Understanding of the importance of audit practices and purpose
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal skills
Highly organized and able to manage conflicting priorities
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite, intermediate excel a plus
Ability to handle stressful issues with a sense of urgency and in a fast-paced environment.
