Responsibilities

Quality Procedures: Leads the development, documentation, and review of inspection, quality assurance, and calibration procedures. Assists in implementing IATF 16949 quality systems as needed.

Internal Audits: Assists with IATF 16949 internal audits and follow-up actions.

Personnel Development: Assists in developing and training inspection personnel.

Sampling and Gaging: Leads in determining sampling frequencies and quantities for inspection plans. Develops specific gaging strategies for new product launches.

Quality Documentation: Leads the launch team in creating PFMEAâ s, Control Plans, and other quality documentation for new product launches.

APQP Coordination: Assists in the development and coordination of APQP documentation.

Qualifications

Holds a Bachelorâ s Degree in Engineering or a related field.

SPC Training: Includes working knowledge.

Blueprint Interpretation Course: Covers Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing.

Control Plan and FMEA Training: Either completed or has working knowledge.

Gage Usage Training: Includes various tools such as Micrometers, Height Gage, Calipers, Dial Indicators, and Thread Gages.

Salary: $70K-$80K
