What your future day will look like:

Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to maintain the integrity of customer invoicing while ensuring the timely and accurate submission of internal billing support documentation via financial or accounting systems.

Identify inefficiencies within billing operations to help the organization streamline processes, reduce lost revenue, and increase financial profitability.

Conduct regular audits of billing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Assist in ad-hoc financial systems analysis and special projects as required.

Weekly review of accounts receivable reports and follow up with service team or client as necessary.

Download data from agency management and other systems to create usable reports to assist management in strategic business decisions.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

Bachelor s Degree in finance, accounting, business management, or a related field is strongly desired.

3-5 years of experience in data analysis, audit, and financial systems-related experiences are required.

Mastery of Excel is crucial for data analysis, especially for handling smaller datasets, performing quick analyses, and creating pivot tables and charts are required.

2-3 years of forensic financial auditing experience is highly preferred.

Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau or Power BI preferred.
